Shipping Policy 

Pickup is available at checkout. Once your order is placed, we will coordinate pickup arrangements. We are located in Midtown Raleigh, and the exact address will be provided after purchase. Pickup hours are Monday-Saturday from 6 PM to 7 PM, and Sundays at 3 PM.

Shipping is offered for ON-HAND items and free tracking is provided . Orders are shipped the same day or the next day after being received. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Preorder Policy 

Preorders are for items that are NOT currently in stock. They typically take 8-9 business days to arrive, excluding weekends. Please note that delays may occur. Preorders are placed once full payment is received. You will be notified as soon as your item arrives to arrange pickup or shipping.
